Cakes by Darcy has been open for business in Roswell since October 2004 and focuses on custom decorated occasion cakes. Darcy is the owner and decorates every premium, sculpted, and wedding cake herself. She has been designing and decorating cakes since 1987 and is known in the cake designer trade as one of the best. She honed her craft at two Chicago landmark bakeries, Bennison's Bakery and Tag's Bakery, before locating to the Atlanta area in 1997.

Cakes by Darcy offers you a wide variety of wonderful cake flavors paired with delicious fillings and icings to make your dessert the most perfect it could be. We also have a limited selection of dessert cakes, desserts and cheese cakes available including red velvet, chocolate mousse, carmel, German chocolate and carrot cake, plus cheese straws and locally made honey. We also make popular seasonal pies like our famous sack-apple pie.

Darcy's philosophy is simple; make the finest decorated desserts with a moist and flavorful cake, and embellish each one to complement the customers event. All of our baking and decorating is done on site to maintain freshness.
