In addition to custom decorated cakes Darcy also makes a limited selection of desserts and pastries.

Tortes typically available include caramel cake, chocolate mousse, death by chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake, strawberry shortcake, cheese cake, coconut cake, lemon coconut, almond butter, German chocolate, Boston cream, raspberry mousse, strawberry mousse, and lemon dreamsicle. All dessert cakes made in 6″ and 8″ sizes, larger sizes available on request.

Pies include sack apple and strawberry. Pumpkin, Pecan and Cherry are also available during the holidays. Cookies cookies include chocolate chip, monster, sugar, and Mexican wedding cookies on a special order basis.

Éclairs, brownies, coconut bars and lemon bars made regularly. Cheese Straws made daily. Party Trays: 12 and 16”. Filled with a variety of bite sized desserts. 12″ = 24 pcs. 16″ = 42 pcs.

Some desserts are not made every day and some are seasonal so be sure to call the store to order in advance. Also, many desserts are sold out early in the day so be sure to call and place an order to guarantee it will be ready for you.
